Can higher education institutions choose a suitable EQAR-registered agency?
Yes, but it's limited to (cluster) programme evaluations:
Eligibility requirements for foreign agencies: EQAR registration
Condition for the agency's work(e.g. criteria to be used): national criteria (see below). The evaluation should consider the local context, the needs of Lithuania as a state, as well as the economic, social and cultural developments.
