  • Accreditation of higher education institutions and study programmes.

Can higher education institutions choose a suitable EQAR-registered agency?

  • No, Montenegrin higher education institutions can't choose an EQAR-registered agency for their mandatory external quality assurance. The Ministry of Education can however choose a foreign agency for a specific evaluation (e.g. to determine validity and quality of study programmes, to harmonise the professional needs of the country).

Can higher education institutions use the European Approach for the Quality Assurance of Joint Programmes?

  • No, the European Approach is not available to higher education institutions in the country.
